It's October!

Well, it's cold and grey now. And I think it's GREAT. I know all you people are all "Boo-hoo where is my warm sun going?" but I could really care less about "nice" weather. Maybe you all would understand better if your entire wardrobe was comprised solely of sweaters.

I think I might be getting a job soon. Which I cannot be more excited for. I should say that the job I'm getting WON'T be in the food service so I guess instead of smelling like food at the end of the day I'll be smelling like plastic? Merchandise? We'll see.

Okay maybe I'll write something in a few more months! Oh wait, maybe I'll put a picture in just for fun...lets see how bout THIS:

Lord of the DVDs

Every time I go home I always see those three gorgous boxes I have on my shelf that have the extended editions of the Lord of the Rings movies. For some reason they're the only movies I haven't brought up with me. When I do see them there I think about taking them but then I'm all, "I'd never watch them. You know how long those things are?" and I do because I'm talking to myself. 

They're pretty long.

But when I don't have them within easy reach, I always get the urge to sit down and watch them all, one after the other, something I've been meaning to do for oh, about six years now. Just think about what a journey that would be...

Anyways, next time a go home, someone remind me that I actually DO need to bring those videos back with me, okay?

Twin Snakes Finished!

I am giving an thumbs up in this picture because beating games is RAD. 

There it is. I finished 10 minutes my noon class, and I would have posted then, but I had to, ya know, get to class. I got the Hyena ranking! I hope that's good. Either way it was a wild ride. Now I just gotta beat FF VII in a day and the trifecta will be complete. Oh man, I'm totally gonna do that this year.

Okay I gotta get sleep NOW. 

Twin Snakes update

Just beat Vulcan Raven and stumbled upon the warehouse where Metal Gear is being kept. But my class I stayed up for is starting in an hour and I gotta shower and eat breakfast and stuff so I have to make my very first save of the game and take a break. You can count on me to finish the game later on today though, After all, Snake only has 12 hours.

Twin Snakes update

Alright, so Snake got captured, tortured a little bit, and everything seems pretty bleak, so I decided it's time for a little coffee to pick my spirits back up with. 

Twin Snakes is a LOT harder than the PSX version. I've died waaayyy to many times than I would have if I was playing classic. I would've liked to, but the hard drive I have that on is all acting up and being dumb, so it's Game Cube version for me. Whatever, nothing wrong with trying new things I guess, but the original is still where it's at. Siiighhh...nostalgia. 

Okay, coffee time.

Twin Snakes

So I have to get up early to take some dumb typing test tomorrow. I'm not concerned about passing it at all because honestly just making this blog is probably way beyond what they expect me to know for it. But the test IS at eight in the morning, and I rarely get up before ten these days, so instead I'm gonna stay up all night and play Metal Gear Solid (Twin Snakessssssss). I'll keep you guys updated on my status every time I need to break for coffee or bathroom. Here's to a night of badassery.

Seattle and Me

I went to Seattle. The Greyhound wasn't too bad going there. Sure, it's seven hours long and all but it was only me and like four other people so there was room aplenty to stretch out and do whatever. Plus I had Chrono Trigger for the DS and was able to do some serious gaemin' on the way. 

Then I got TO Seattle and so much raddness went down that first night I can't even tell you because you'd get all jealous and waste a bunch of money trying to recreate my expirience but you know what it wouldn't be the same cause it was like MAGIC, dawg.

Suffice it to say that I was from Britan for a little while.

The next day me and Jason beat Toejam and Earl and jammed on Funkatron. Best planet in the universe hands down. Dogs say BRAK. 

The day after that I beat Ocarina of Time. From START to FINISH in one go. Not including bathroom/Chineae food breaks.

The next day I ate fine cuisine with fine friends and squashed a penny at the Space Needle. It's what has to be done. Where else can you squash pennies, right? Mount Rushmore? Okay maybe, but do they have pictures of the Space needle on them when they get squashed? Yeah that's right, they DON'T. 

Great weekend, except for the noted absence of some Chelsey and Pearl. I was gonna hook you guys up with some fine leather jackets but I guess we're just gonna have to wait until next time, huh?
